The customer service here is exceptional and they actually allow you to open and feel the texture on particular items, and then they sanitize them from finger prints and restock professionally. Trinity is phenomenal at customer experience, she didn't make me feel like the questions I asked were weird or awkward. I recommend this store as it's taboo stigma free and very professional
Went there with my husband. Was scared and awkward at first. But this lady came up named Pearl who worked there. It made me feel extremely comfortable right away helped us with anything we needed and was with us through the whole experience trying to make it as comfortable as possible and was very informative and helpful with what we were looking for. We'll definitely be going back hopefully she is there
