I went for the first time and i was greeted by a employee i think her name was kandi or katie i can’t remember. but she gave me the best experience, was very sweet to me and gave me some space to not make us feel uncomfortable as soon as we entered the store. she also explained what certain products do. overall great experience would recommend coming here. it’s not as intimidating as you make it
I had never visited this establishment before and chose to do so on my own. I was contemplating turning back on my way to the entrance, however, after the staff greeted me kindly and immediately, I felt a little more comfortable and chose to browse the store. The store was very clean and well displayed. A large selection and variety if items for every occasion. I truly was not sure what I was wanting or what I should explore for my own needs and I think it showed....lol Kandy took to me... She asked questions in a way that I was able to answer without feeling embarrassed. Kandy was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things to myself being a "newbie". She was Genuinely personable, allowing me to feel comfortable in my surroundings making it easier to decide on a variety products to purchase. This lady truly is an asset to your business. I will be returning and I will also be spreading the word about my 1st time experience. Kandy knocked it out of the park and definitely deserves a kudos!!!!! The people here are so nice and helpful! I was nervous going in with my husband but they were so helpful and made things easy to understand. The prices were higher than I was hoping but still they had verity with price differences. Honestly the whole experience was better than I expected. They have a huge selection from lub to toys, cloths and more.

Colleen is so sweet and helpful! Non judgemental, offered so many amazing recommendations, any questions I had were answered with honesty and a smile! She makes the store a awesome place!
